Session 1:
Uncovering Your Core Values
Friday, April 24, 12-1:30pm ET
This introductory session is about slowing down to prioritize the values you want your decisions to be guided by. Through reflection and small group discussion, you’ll gain clarity on what feels most important right now and how that can inform future choices.
You’ll walk away with:
• A short list of values that feel most important to you at this stage
• Greater clarity on what you want your career and life to support
• Connection with the community through shared reflection and conversation
Session 2:
What Do You Want Next?
Friday, May 1, 12-1:30pm ET
In Session 1, you clarified the values you want your decisions to be guided by. In this session, we’ll use those values as a lens to assess what’s working and what isn’t in your work and life today.
Using a simple framework, you’ll reflect individually, discuss patterns in small groups, and identify what you want more and less of going forward.
You’ll walk away with:
• Clarity on what’s working vs. what isn’t
• Insight into what you want more and less of
• Specific steps to take to move forward and get closer to what you want
Session 3:
Believe in Your Value
Friday, May 8, 12-1:30pm ET
With more clarity about what you want and what needs to change, this session focuses on overcoming the self-doubt that naturally arises as you take on new challenges, and how it may be shaping the way you communicate and advocate for yourself.
We’ll explore imposter syndrome, the roots of confidence and self-esteem, and how they often show up in patterns like overachievement and people-pleasing. We will do exercises in small groups to help identify patterns and be resilient in moments of self-doubt.
You’ll walk away with:
• A simple daily habit to strengthen belief in your value
• Awareness of how self-doubt may be shaping your behavior and decisions
• Tools to recognize and move through self-doubt in high-stakes moments
Session 4:
The Boundary Blueprint
Friday, May 15, 12-1:30pm ET
With a stronger belief in your value, this session focuses on how to set and manage boundaries in a way that is clear, professional, and sustainable.
You’ll learn a practical Boundary Blueprint for navigating different scenarios, from managing workload and priorities to responding to requests, so you can protect your time and energy without defaulting to overworking or saying no in a way that feels abrupt or damaging to relationships.
We will practice real-world scenarios in small groups to help you communicate boundaries effectively and handle these moments with confidence.
You’ll walk away with:
• A clear, practical Boundary Blueprint you can apply across different situations
• Language to communicate boundaries in a way that is professional and maintains relationships
• Practice navigating conversations so you can protect your time, energy, and priorities without overextending
Session 5:
Communicate Your Value
Thursday, May 21, 12-1:30pm ET
In the previous sessions, you clarified what matters to you, identified what needs to change, and built tools to protect your time and value in everyday interactions. This session focuses on how you articulate that value, clearly and confidently.
We’ll work on drafting and telling your career story, whether you’re interviewing, asking for a promotion, pitching your business, or explaining to someone what you do. You’ll practice with each other and receive supportive, practical feedback.
You’ll walk away with:
• A clear framework for crafting your career story
• Practice talking about your career with a story that feels authentic to you.
• A concise story you can use in interviews, asking for promotions or raises, networking, or pitching
Session 6:
Ask For What You Want
Friday, May 29, 12-1:30pm ET
We’ll wrap up by focusing on how to ask for what you want in a clear, thoughtful, and effective way, whether that’s in internal conversations like promotions or compensation, or in external conversations like networking and building relationships.
This session introduces a practical playbook for structuring these conversations so they are grounded in your value while also engaging the other person. You’ll learn how to position your ask, invite input, and make the conversation feel collaborative rather than one-sided.
We will practice real-world scenarios in small groups, including both internal and networking conversations, so you can apply the approach in a way that feels natural and effective.
You’ll walk away with:
• A playbook for asking for what you want across different types of conversations
• Language to structure asks in a way that invites input and builds alignment
• Practice navigating real scenarios so you can approach these conversations with confidence
