About Amy
Amy Beth Cheney is a Certified Professional Coach, educator, and former sales executive with more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience, including executive roles at Bloomberg and Dataminr.
Today, Amy works with professionals, leaders, universities, and organizations to strengthen communication, build confidence, and prepare for important career and workplace conversations. Her practical approach combines structured frameworks with coaching, practice, and role-play.
Amy is also a Visiting Lecturer at Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management and Cornell Tech, where she teaches Personal Selling and leads workshops on career storytelling, networking, and interview communication. She holds an MBA from Cornell University.
