One-on-one coaching helps organizations invest in the people they want to develop, support, and retain. I work with leaders and professionals to strengthen how they communicate, lead, navigate workplace dynamics, and build internal and client relationships that drive business forward.
Leadership & Professional Effectiveness Coaching
For executives, emerging leaders, and valued professionals looking to strengthen their leadership, communication, influence, and effectiveness at work. Coaching can focus on peer and stakeholder relationships, difficult conversations, feedback, and navigating workplace dynamics.
Sales & Business Development Coaching
For founders, CEOs, sales leaders, and client-facing professionals looking to strengthen their approach to sales and business development. Coaching can focus on client conversations, communicating value, relationship development, and building the skills and strategies that drive business growth.
How Coaching Works
Each engagement starts with a conversation about the organization’s goals and what the individual needs from coaching. From there, we agree on the focus and structure of the engagement.
Sessions are practical and focused on the situations the individual is facing at work. When an organization sponsors the coaching, we also agree upfront on expectations around confidentiality and communication.
Coaching can support one individual or be part of a broader leadership, talent development, or sales initiative.

Professional Coaching, Real-World Experience
A manager once told me he liked putting his best people on my team because he knew I would coach them, and if they were on my team, they would stay with the company. His comment made me realize I find purpose in helping people succeed, and inspired me to pursue formal training to become a Certified Professional Coach.
Throughout my career as a sales and business development leader, much of my time was spent coaching people, helping them become stronger salespeople and leaders, navigate the people challenges that come with work, and prepare for important conversations.
My sales experience also shaped how I coach. The skills I developed leading client conversations—asking good questions, understanding different perspectives, and communicating effectively—are just as valuable inside an organization as they are with a client.
Today, I bring those experiences together in my coaching, as well as in my work teaching sales and career development at Cornell and advising entrepreneurs as an Entrepreneur in Residence on sales and business development.
